Additional ChargesFor characters with wings, extra limbs, or other complex features (like complex armour for example), they will have an additional £10 minimum charge on top of the base commission price (could be slightly more depending on complexity), the same applies to any props you may like included (such as weapons for example). Commissions with multiple characters in one image will be charged +100% of the price per character. I will inform you if there will be an extra charge in our initial conversations about your commission!Time Frame and Other InformationTurn around time for commissions is anywhere between 2 weeks to 4 months depending on the commission type and other various reasons as stated in the terms and conditions. All commissions (par the sketch commissions) come with a simple background in the form of a solid block colour, a colour gradient, a colour 'scribble' or grey with an enlarged faded version of the drawing in the background as seen in some of the example pieces; just let me know which one you would like for your commission if applicable. For the Chibi Head Shots, you can choose to just have the head or you can have some simple shapes or items around the head like in some of the example pieces shown, at no extra cost, just let me know your preference when you contact me about your commission initially.Payment InformationAll payments are to be made with the full agreed payment upfront before any commission work is started. I will not start any work on your commission until I receive the payment, and once I have received payment and confirmed it, then I will begin working on your commission. As soon as I have begun the clean up stage of the sketch then there can be no refunds, these are only offered under special conditions listed in my full Terms and Conditions.

Terms of Service
When commissioning me, I ask that you provide good quality reference of what you would like me to draw, without it there may be an added charge or the possibility of me declining your commission request. Reference(s) is preferable in the form of a good quality image of the subject you wish for me to draw, however, I will accept written material, Pinterest boards, pose references, mood boards, even a quick doodle of what you would like (doesn't have to be a work of art, as long as the idea gets across then it works!). Bare in mind the more specific you can be and the more references you can give me the better!Commissions work on a first-come first-serve basis, the earlier you commission me, the higher you will be on my commission list. However, this statement doesn't apply always; an exception will be made if a commission is fast tracked, then that will be placed ahead of the queue, but there will be an additional fee for this service due to the fact it will be jumped up in the commission queue and placed as priority above other current commissions. The fast track service may be requested if there is a tight turn around time you, the commissioner, want the commissioned piece by a certain date or within a certain time frame. If you would like your commission fast tracked, done by a certain date, withheld until a certain date, or under NDA (a Non-Disclosure Agreement), please let me know in advance when you initially contact me. I treat all my clients with respect and expect the same respect in return, if you are rude and/or disrespectful to me at any stage of the commission process, before and after also, then I reserve the right to decline or cancel your commission and possibly blacklist you from any of my future commission services. As the artist I reserve the right to cancel your commission at any time, a commission could be cancelled by me, the artist, if I no longer feel that I will be able to complete it and/or complete it on time if there is a deadline, if I am physically and/or mentally unable to carry on with the commission and complete it, have personal issues happening within my life at the time, or if you the client become rude or aggressive towards me (to name a few examples). I will ensure to always keep commissioners up to date on the status of their commissions and promptly let them know if I will need to cancel their commission at all.During the commission process the client must provide a reliable method of contacting them whether this is through email, social media, or another way. If the client does not communicate or provide a reliable way of contacting them, then I will not accept the commission request, or if it has already been accepted then the commission will be cancelled.
Payment, Cancellations, and Refund Terms
Once the commission has been agreed upon between myself and the client, the full overall cost must be paid upfront before any work can begin. This ensures that I receive compensation for any work completed between the commission’s start date and any potential cancellation from the client during the time frame that I the artist am working on the said commission.
Payment must be delivered within 30-days of the commission request being confirmed and the invoice being sent.
If the payment is not delivered within 30-day time frame, the client will not receive the commission slot and I reserve the right to blacklist the client from any and all future commission services I offer in certain cases.
Do not send me any form of payment until I have agreed to give you a slot for your commission and have requested you send me said payment through the means of an invoice.
I will NOT accept crypto currency as a form of payment.
Once work has begun on a clients commission, the payment CANNOT be refunded.
Once the commission has been completed, and the image files have been sent to the client, the full payment of the commission CANNOT be refunded.
If I haven't started work on the commission, or if I need to cancel the commission at any point before it's completion, then a refund can be negotiated in certain cases.
If a refund has been agreed upon, DO NOT request a chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.
If you do request a chargeback at any point during or after the commission process, you will lose any rights to your commissioned work listed within this document and I reserve the right to blacklist you from my commission service for any and all future commissions. I will decline the chargeback and supply any and all evidence of our conversations in which we discussed your commission, as well as any further documentation (e.g., commission specifications and the terms of service). Furthermore, I hold the right to make other commissioning creatives aware of this matter through whatever means I deem fit.
*the commissioned piece(s) will be delivered to the client without a large watermark across the image and without the use of Glaze and Nightshade, however the image will still contain a small watermark and signature which will not distract from the image itself and these marks CANNOT be removed or modified in anyway without my consent or otherwise negotiated previously for any commercial based commissions.
Process Terms
On average, it usually takes anywhere between 2 weeks to 4 months to complete a commission all depending on my circumstances (health, life events, etc.), the commission type, the complexity of the commission, and the amount of commissions I have at the time. This could sometimes mean commissions take slightly longer than they normally would, however I will always inform my clients of anything that could affect the time frame of their commission(s).
I will send updates on your commission as I reach the various major stages of it throughout the process, and the progress of the commission can be tracked via my Trello page by the client and myself alike.
During the sketching phase of the piece, you are allowed to make 3 major adjustments (e.g., changing posing, character appearance, composition, adding things, etc.). Once the sketch has been approved, no further major adjustments may be made as by that point the client has agreed that they are happy for me to proceed with the approved sketch of the commission piece.
You will be allowed to ask for slight adjustments throughout the process at no extra charge. This includes: changing colours, small changes to posing or composition. If you’re just asking for a limb to be moved slightly or something similar, that is fine, as long as I do not have to redraw big parts of the image or the whole image in its entirety.
You may contact me at any time to ask for an update on your commission, however please do not hassle me by constantly messaging me, if I believe and feel you are hassling me then I shall politely give you one warning, and then if you continue I reserve the right to cancel your commission. All I ask is for your patience and I will respond to your request when I am able to.
Copyright and Distribution Terms
Do NOT claim to be the original artist of the commissioned piece you receive from me.
Do NOT reproduce or use the commissioned artwork commercially or for profit in any way unless agreed with me otherwise and compensated me for.
Commercial rights to your commission can be obtained from me, however there will be an additional charge to compensate this. These commercial rights include (but aren't limited to); phone cases, prints, keyrings, acrylic charms/standees, etc.
As the artist I hold the copyright to the original artwork, however I will NOT/do NOT claim ownership of the IP (Intellectual Property) represented in the artwork unless it is that of my own.
I have the right to resell and make a profit on any fan art commission(s) that have been completed by myself in the form of prints and other wares and products at conventions, exhibitions, and on my own online store(s).
I hold the right to reproduce/reuse the commissioned artwork for personal use, for example within my own portfolio of work, or for uploading to my social media sites. If you, the client, do not wish this for your commission then please discuss this with me, the artist.
I will NOT profit further from the artwork, unless otherwise stated/negotiated or the client breaks the terms and conditions stated.
As the client, you may only use your commission for personal use. This includes but isn't limited to; profile pictures, banners and posting them wherever you like. While you do not need to credit me, I would greatly appreciate it if you did. You can also print your commissioned piece on various physical media (like bags, phone cases, acrylic charms/standees, stickers, etc.) as long as it is for personal use only and you will not be profiting from selling it on, nor may you redistribute the piece.
You the client retain all the rights to the subject(s) within the piece if they are your own IP.
You the client are NOT allowed to redistribute the commission for profit (e.g., selling additional copies, merchandise, etc.) unless otherwise negotiated.
The client CANNOT modify or alter the artwork without my consent. No matter what the signature CANNOT be removed.
The client is NOT allowed to redistribute the commissioned piece or any of my works on any blockchain in the form of an NFT (Non-Fungible Token) and the client CANNOT use the work in any AI generative process. This CANNOT be negotiated. Doing this will result in you being blacklisted and unable to commission me in future.
The client can request the commissioned piece in any file format they prefer, the image(s) will be produced in JPEG and PNG file types as standard.
